Incredibly friendly and professional staff. Constantly communicating with me, made a worrisome situation very relaxing. Highly recommend
I took my niece to Genesis Ambulatory Surgery Center in Foothill Ranch to have a colonoscopy done. 1st off she said she felt rushed when initially being taken back, and after initially awakening from the procedure, she was given 5 min to really wake up and was rushed to get dressed. Also they would not allow me to go back with her initially or after for support. They are allowing patients to walk out to the parking lot unstable on their feet only accompanied by family or friend, no staff, instead of wheeling them out in a wh... read more
I brought my client to this facility today. Front desk doesn’t has manners to treat the patients. We check in as notified by the coordinator BUT the front desk didn’t provide us the procedure time. Therefore you don’t have other choice than wait . The in take nurse looks goofy.
From start to finish, my experience at this colonoscopy office was very positive. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I had a chaotic morning and arrived a little late, but they worked with me without any stress or attitude. One of the worst urgent care facilities I’ve experienced. The staff is often rude, and the billing department provides little to no help when it comes to resolving complicated situations. Management should seriously evaluate operations and consider hiring more competent and professional staff.
