Rodrigo and his team have always been professional, friendly and respectful!
Saying open 6am I try to get a hold of them but no one open the gate now is 6:30am still no one come to the gate while they handle they business inside they do not care and closed 2:30pm
Writing to express appreciation for Rodrigo and the whole Genesis company. Rodrigo gave me so much helpful information about maintenance that will keep my new toy hauler in good shape. There is a lot of toy hauler brands out there but I am very happy with my choice of getting a Genesis Supreme.
I had an issue with my unit that was out of warranty and the manufacturer still fixed it and then fixed a few other things that i didnt even ask for and that was not an issue with the unit but just wear and tear. Highly recommend this company.
Wish I could give more than five stars, but Rodrigo at the manufacture plant was nothing less than amazing. Had issues with a local repair shop and once I got a hold of the manufacturer. Rodrigo took on the repairs not only fixing it but doing it right and on time. And the parts that I was required to purchase from the other shop, I ended up not needing, and I was able to take back. Rodrigo’s integrity and was very professional with on-time quality service!! Customer for life ! Go, Genesis Supreme…..
