My wife and I just did a road trip of 3500 miles went through California, Arizona, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, South Dakota and back home very happy with our toy hauler Genesis vortex. We had no issues whatsoever with the trailer. Not even a flat tire Knock on wood lol and the support that we get from Rodrigo is outstanding
We own two genesis supreme trailers and we are super happy with them, we have took them to the desert , Forest , and rough terrain . they have held up nice . Rodrigo is always there to help when we have questions as well !
Purchased a BLAZIN 3215 in June. Had some issues that needed to be addressed at Genesis. Rodrigo called me in 4 business days of having my rig there, telling me repairs have been made. Including a new bedroom AC unit. Appreciate Rodrigo to take the time to do a complete walk through with me, as well as showing me some things about the rv that I wasn’t aware of. Thanks again Rodrigo!
