Needed copies of medical records. Called and sent written request. They assured me that it had been done. My official case came up and I have no records. Tried calling and leaving messages. Got voice mail. No one ever responds. Sad way to do business for the patients.

I have had 2 at home sleep studies. Did them 1 week apart. 1st study results were not clear in report. Based on their recommendation, I repeated it a week later. Same results- NOT CLEAR on 2nd study. I do not recommend doing at home sleep studies with them. Very frustrated. Waste of my time, effort, and money.

Very impersonal experience trying to reach a human. My calls are never returned. I needed a medication refilled and left multiple calls for a couple of weeks with no return call or refill sent. My pharmacy even tried multiple times to send requests with no result. I finally had to drive from Iowa City where I live and go to the office in person to get help. I am going to look for a better place who values me as a patient.

This place is terrible. I waited 6 months for an appointment, finally was seen for my severe sleep apnea and they know I've suffered 2 heart attacks, just for them to tell me they wanna do a sleep study and I'll be put back on the waiting list. Three months later I'm told I was never put on the list at all. And to top it off the receptionist so rudely told me that me telling her my problem wasn't going to help me!
