I purchased my Genesis GV70-EV along with the extended warranty, which was heavily promoted by the sales team as providing strong coverage and peace of mind. Unfortunately, when I came in for help with a windshield crack, the dealership refused to support or cover the repair—despite what was promised during the sales pitch. This is a late review, but I was waiting until I took my new car in for an oil to make sure that everything was good. And….it was. Conrad was great as a sales person, very quick to respond to questions. Adam also was helpful, even helped me get a better interest rate than my credit union. I don’t live close but the dealership does have free car wash if you purchase from them. Because my new car is a Buick I can’t say I’ll be back there for service.
