My experience with Genesis exceeded my expectations! I happened to be in the area and decided to stop in an hour before the start of the sales day. I popped in the office and was told to come back, as no sales associate was available. As I was walking to my car, Dave ran out to greet me. Mentioning that he generally arrives early in the event of a customer needing help.
