My mom died there three years ago,mostly due to morphine overdose (she was given morphine every two hours,even though she was allergic). She fell twice due to negligence. The second time putting her in the hospital with injuries. Once she was bottomless due to failure to put another Depends on her. We were never notified about her COVID or her declining health due to COVID. Upon her death,she weighed about 85 pounds,even though we were told she was eating and "doing good". My mom has COPD and dementia and everytime we go to see her she has no oxygen in her tank and last time her pulse/ox said oxygen level was 59%. That is almost dead and they just make excuses. They lied to the place we tried to move her to so they wouldn't take her. We are so sad and just beside ourselves with grief over the care she is receiving. Please help us.
This place is just horrible the building is ran down the environmental aspects of over Overall morale is very very low . The room my mother is in is dirty and smells inwould never recommended my dog let alone my perants coming here .. So sad these poor souls deserve so much better environment and cleanliness than what this place offers..
I am truly disappointed in the care my sister received in the month she spent there most of the time no one checked on or did not give her the a.d .l.s she needed there was a couple of nurses that was kind and a nurse aid I could not believe some of the food that was brought to her wich was usually cold and trying to get ahold of management was a joke.Im sorry I don't recommend this place to no one.
