Off rip simply rude. I call to ask how much it would be for a wash and trim and Melissa, I’m assuming a receptionist or stylist who answers the phone responds “it start at $50”. So then I ask how much is just the wash alone bc I didn’t realize she was meaning the shampoo/ trim both start at $50; she says yea. They start at $50. Very underwhelming tone of voice, and not friendly at all. By that small interaction I will not be spending any money here.
