This used to be a great experience for me as I had come here for 3 years. After my most recent appointment I will never return. Jeanne is unprofessional, lacks listening to customers concerns and needs, and is only interested is doing the bare minimum while still collecting money. Jeanne berated me in front of her colleagues and other customers claiming I didn’t know how to take care of my hair, simply because I wanted to transition to natural and stay away from chemicals. I see Terri for my nails. Seeing her for years. Love her!! Salon is very clean and was recently renovated. Easy to find.
