Genesis and their team have been extraordinarily helpful with our HVAC needs. We recently had to replace our gas furnace due to incorrect piping that was causing backflow of carbon dioxide, and we were a bit stuck with where to go. Yesterday Sean came to look at our fireplace that we were told by another company we needed a lot to repair. Apparently, I had the settings wrong and the previous company came and looked at was not knowledgeable enough or deceptive as they said it needed a lot of work Sean came in and in minutes got it up and running, no extra charges or line of BS He was honest, pleasant, and courteous. He showed us that the setting was incorrect. We are now ready for power out weather. It is nice to know there are people like him out there... read more
