Called on Steve to install a mini split in our cabin, he seems like a guy that will call a spade a spade. Not only was he prompt, he did a very nice job, I’ve been in the trades for 35 years, so I know a nice job when I see one
If it's an emergency just hold out until another company opens. Not worth the time or money spent on hiring these guys for a job! They are also not BBB credited so be aware!
Met with Steven Bergerson who I believe is the owner. He seemed like a perfectly nice human being; however, when I asked him to help me understand his estimate this was his response: "We charge a fixed price for a finished product. Just like the restaurant. I will bet you don’t ask for a breakdown when you go out to eat. I don’t think he would be compatible. Good luck." Steve is a lead foot on the road. Tailed my bumper very close. Not a safety kind of guy! Because of this I will never call him for service!
Was referred to Genesis by a friend. Could NOT be happier to find them. Steve is honest and always looks to fix my equipment right the first time at the best price...knows his stuff. Since using him for my refrigeration I have also used him for heating and cooling as well. Responds VERY quickly, and does the job fast. Would highly recommend.
