I would never recommend this company to anyone either to rent from or have them manage your property. Angie Pena is one of the worst realtors I have ever dealt with in me entire time of renting. She is hostile and a disrespectful thief. When you reach out for help the company doesn't respond either they allow her to represent this company in such a negative way. I lived under this company for 2 1/2 years and it has never been a Peaceful moment. After the 1/2 was If I try to move out from them due to not fixing the condition of that duplex. Angie Pena refused to answer the phone to tell new landlords that I was applying for whether I was a good tenant or not. I was forced to stay another year. In January of 2025 I desperately needed to move out of the duplex that I was in. I found a place on genesis Realty’s website that was bigger for me and my family to move into.
