I lived in one of the properties they manage for three years. Understand that if you are a renter you are NOT the customer. The property owner is the customer that Genesis serves. They are incentivized to give you, renter, the worst possible service they can get away with. Obviously, real estate markets being predatory and property managers being parasitic isn't anything new. It's still worth saying that rental leases are unequal, exploitative contracts. Beware! Hopefully, one day the good people at Genesis will get real job... read more
