I have been a tenant for the past year and have never had any issues with them. When I put in a work order it gets fixed right away and never have to call them to come out. They send accredit companies not just anyone off the streets. Most friendly and very helpful staff.
Disappointing Experience Compared to Other Management Companies I own several rental properties across the country and have worked with multiple management companies. Unfortunately, my experience with this company has been the worst so far. I lived in one of the properties they manage for three years. Understand that if you are a renter you are NOT the customer. The property owner is the customer that Genesis serves. They are incentivized to give you, renter, the worst possible service they can get away with. Obviously, real estate markets being predatory and property managers being parasitic isn't anything new.
