We rented for a year and were wanting to rent another year. Unfortunately life happens and on the 27th of September my boyfriend lost his job and I had just started a new career a week prior. Rented a house for only a year. Our prop manager James was great with communication and things we needed. We cleaned the entire house w/help and used our own carpet cleaner in each room however a cleaning fee + carpet cleaning was deducted from my deposit. I've rented out many homes and have never not received my full deposit back.
