Beware of the auto-ship policy...if you do not go in after your first order and "update" it, they will send you a pak that you didn't order. I ordered 2 items when I first signed up and signed up for auto-ship. I was expecting as with other companies when you sign up for auto-ship that you continue receiving the items you ordered in your first order. Not the case with Genesis Pure...I received my 2nd order yesterday and received one of the paks. I called and complained. They will only refund my money once they receive the pr... read more
