I found Genesis for our small condo complex a couple years back now. As the VP of the board in my building, I have been happy with my experience with their services since the start and to this day. Very friendly and personable people. Very fair. They deal with emergency situations adequately. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Correspondence is amicable, perhaps not always prompt enough... However, I really have few negatives to convey beyond that. They are as involved and available as I would expect. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service provided by Genesis. After my horrible experience with previous management(Stevenson group).They truly care about maintaining our property to the highest standards. Jennifer Betsill is extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. I’ve had to email her multiple times just to get a reply on a simple issue, and often my emails are ignored. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere! The WORST management ever.
