I received a notice of late utility payment of bill and that I would be getting evicted if the bill was not paid within 5 days of the notice. The bill was date March 23rd, 2018. The bill total was for my April's bill which is due April 1st, 2018. The March payment was paid on time and I have confirmation of the payment. When I asked why I received the notice of failure to pay I was told it was a courtesy notice of late payment.
