Awnsers the phone then hangs up on people
These people are awful. Their front desk staff have the worst phone etiquette, and treats every patient as if they’re looking to be prescribed heavy drugs when trying to set an appointment. I am new to the area, so I just need a new healthcare provider who can prescribe the medications I need. I don’t need your disgusting phone etiquette and judgement in the process. First visit for 6 y/o granddaughter was on 10-11 for possible adhd. Behavioral health evaluation was ordered per policy. That visit was on 10-16. Ritalin was recommended by them. It took took 2 weeks for the md to order the adhd medicine. It was sent to a pharmacy which is out of network. It took another week for the md to send to walmart. It required a prior authorization because he didn't order Ritalin. He ordered a$700+ medication. They claimed they couldn't perform the prior auth because gr.
