These people are awful. Their front desk staff have the worst phone etiquette, and treats every patient as if they’re looking to be prescribed heavy drugs when trying to set an appointment. I am new to the area, so I just need a new healthcare provider who can prescribe the medications I need. I don’t need your disgusting phone etiquette and judgement in the process. First visit for 6 y/o granddaughter was on 10-11 for possible adhd. Behavioral health evaluation was ordered per policy. That visit was on 10-16. Ritalin was recommended by them. It took took 2 weeks for the md to order the adhd medicine. It was sent to a pharmacy which is out of network. It took another week for the md to send to walmart. It required a prior authorization because he didn't order Ritalin. He ordered a$700+ medication. They claimed they couldn't perform the prior auth because gr. Wish I could give this place in the negative review star rating. I have been coming here for 3 years unfortunately because of my wife’s work. In those 3 years I have yet to have my appointment time met. I have waited anywhere from an hour to two hours past my appointment time while watching others fly right on in. Yes the establishment is clean, the staff is friendly but their timetable for appointments absolutely sucks! First call attempt .. I gave up at the 31min mark. 2nd call diff day/time was even longer at 40minutes ON HOLD. I tried operator option but gave up after waiting for 10 min. Maybe they give good care but they sure cant manage their calls.
