I've been going to Genesis PrimeCare for a few years now and I've never received anything but the caring of the Dr, the kindness of the nurse's and the respectfulness of the receptionist. Keep up the good work.
horrible place. worst clinic ever! find somewhere else
If I could leave ZERO stars I WOULD. No wonder this clinic has such low stars. Everyone in there has such a horrible attitude and is very stuck up. I wouldn’t be surprised if they gossiped about their patients KNOWING how they are. If I were you I wouldn’t come to this clinic whatsoever, make the drive to Longview or another clinic that is 30+ minutes away. However Dr. Anderson is amazing and hate how she is surrounded by those kinds of people.
Delesha is so rude, horrible MA. The manager never addresses anything, just because your employees have worked at the same place for years doesn’t excuse them for not being kind and facing no consequences
The manager at this establishment, Melissa Harkins, is horrible and insanely passive aggressive. I think the clinic has so many bad reviews because she’s the one who manages and she clearly doesn’t know how to do it. She should be FIREDDDD. Learn how to do your job and how to be more kind.
