Horrible! Nothing about them is functioning any more. They have dropped the ball on all providers that I work with and some have had no response for over a year. Yet, they are still contracted for fees.
Our experience working with Genesis Physicians Group (now Genovista Health) is much like what you have read here from other practices. They do not have any issue taking your quarterly dues but when you have a need, you cannot get in touch with anyone. I have been trying to determine an answer to a question and have emailed, called, and submitted many tickets to their member's advocate email address to no avail. We would not recommend working with Genesis aka Genovista to anyone.
I was told via email someone would get back to me regarding credentialing. But a couple of emails and now radio-silence tell me that’s a lie. Will look elsewhere as Genesis is obviously not interested in gaining business. Save your time and money
Most terrible customer service. They will never answer their phone call or return a call or email. If you have an opportunity to not use them please don’t use them
I want to personally thank Dr. Stephen Kim for taking a few minutes to share his comments. Without his feedback to our Credentialing and Provider Enrollment Teams, we would not have had the opportunity to identify the very real administrative problems with selected payors. He also helped focus our frontline Physician Services Team members on the importance of providing timely responses to physicians experiencing delays in Credentialing, while waiting on a reply from the payers to resolve the problem.
