On 3rd visit realized PA McNally doesnt know much about type 2 diabetes. He didnt know range changes after 65. When I needed a prior authorization it was denied and I had to explain there was a 5 levels of complaints. He submitted one and ignored info i provided from internet. I had to pay $70/monthly for life saving med. Though my A1c was very high he continued to only see me every 90 days cause he thought insurance would only cover that. Dr.Swayzee is awesome, a visit with her is like having coffee with a close friend 🧡The staff is the best group of individuals,always friendly and efficient. I just love Lynette she goes Above and Beyond she is fantastic 🤩 and Dr McNally is through and sincere.
