They are very attentive to my needs and current health issues I have going on and they work with me to try to remedy These health issues i greatly appreciate what they do and I would recommend them to friends and family no problem
Lied to and no transparency. Last year I called to make an appointment gave them my insurance info, and asked what they charge out since I have a high deductable plan and haven't met it, therefore I'll probably owe the full amount. I was told the consultation should be covered by my insurance but that they won't know what I owe until after I have the first appointment and they can run it through insurance. They have worked closely with me to improve my mobility and reduce my pain levels. They are very understanding when I have to reschedule because of life.
