Wanna buy a Genesis GV70 but can not contact the phone number
Terrible service from Grant Gouws, was so excited to buy a new genesis and was talked out of one, walked into Mercedes and our based one straight away disgusting behaviour from this centre and it's staff.
Shocking build quality, disgraceful after sales communication on issues still unresolved after 30,000kms. Do yourself a favour and just get the equivilant Audi, BMW or Lexus and if you do decide to ignore my advice, good luck to you when your vehicle ends up at john hughes Vic park for its service.
Our new and lux sports Genesis GV70 delivered to our door ahead of schedule by Ethan. Excellent service from first viewing to delivery including handover. Functionality explained and demonstrated well and professionally. I know too that I can contact Ethan should I need help as we get to know our Genesis.
