CPAP Script Sent to them. After calling a few times and told I may need "Prior Auth" Weeks Later was told "I'll send a note back and maybe they'll start on it" Went to Another Company and got A Cpap within a Week
Rude and doesn't accept United Healthcare Insurance. They didn't tell us so until we called to verify that the hub's CPAP machine had come in the 2wk timeframe they gave us. It didn't. They didn't even order it because they knew they didn't take our insurance. It would've been nice if they clued us in. We wouldn't have wasted our time.
I went to Northside oxygen to get my Cpap and they were rude. I even spoke with somebody higher up several months after getting my C Pap about a problem I was having and she was extremely rude and did not help me resolve the problem..i have now been stuck sleeping with no c pap for months because of them not wanting to help me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The worst possible customer service possible. Lost scripts said they shipped supplies and didn't. When you ask to speak to manager she is impossible to talk to. Disabled patient on fixed income should not have to pay out of pocket to buy his supplies that are covered by insurance because they cannot do their job!!
