Worst company I’ve ever encountered. They called and said my equipment was in. I went to pick it up and they said they were out. Ridiculous!
I am a customer(patient) for six plus years now and every who has help me at GENESIS with hospital beds, oxygen equipments, and other mobility equipments, are truly a blessing. With their help, my health has truly improved by turning my bedroom into a hospital room. I feel more relaxed than ever.
I'll never use them again for anything. A walker was ordered for me, they ordered a rollator. Going to take forever to get a walker, holding up my physical therapy for over almost two weeks. Not acceptable!
The older lady she is very rude and she upset me so I don't like that place.They're not friendly
