I have dealt with Genesis several times, and have always found all of them to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable, from the front office to the technicians. I highly recommend this company.
The Waverly office staff are VERY, VERY helpful. They know the equipment that a customer needs and are VERY prompt in getting those items shipped. I spoke with Rhonda today in the Waverly office and she was VERY VERY helpful and knew what I needed.
Worst company I’ve ever encountered. They called and said my equipment was in. I went to pick it up and they said they were out. Ridiculous!
I am a customer(patient) for six plus years now and every who has help me at GENESIS with hospital beds, oxygen equipments, and other mobility equipments, are truly a blessing. With their help, my health has truly improved by turning my bedroom into a hospital room. I feel more relaxed than ever.
