Despite the appointment confirmation for a visco injection, and we already checked-in online ,beside the phone confirmation on December 5, we were scheduled to see Dr. Nolan Hornor in Oak Brook on December 8. My mother was in pain at the time.I took a full day off work and drove more than 45 minutes each way. My elderly mother came to the office while suffering, only to be told upon arrival that the injection was out of stock.
