Great salesman! Not pushy! Polite.
Own a 2021 Genesis GV 80 and love the car. Very dis appointed with the service group, been told on two occasions could not get appointment for repairs for 40-60 days even with one issue being Brakes. Been trying to get appointment for service and made 5 calls today to service, no one answers the phone. Finally receptionist answers, said they are really busy, does not take my name for a call back puts me through to hear the phone ring again.
