I contacted Genesis Houston West on September 20, 2025 about a 2025 GV70 I saw listed for a few thousand dollars less than the same vehicle at the Southwest location. I initially spoke with Miranda, who said she would send me a credit application. She never sent it. Instead, I received a text from the sales director, Brian, who discouraged me from applying.
