My husband contacted this dealership around the beginning of August about an air-conditioning recall. They knew his AC wasn’t working, yet he had to drive through the entire month of August and most of September in the Texas heat because they couldn’t provide a loaner. We almost moved on from our Genesis search after a poor experience at another dealership. We are happy we decided to give Genesis of Weatherford a shot, as our experience was great. Joanna took care of us from arrival. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and light on the pressure. It was a great experience overall and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership.

It didn't start out so good. I had called to make an appointment and even spoke with the parts Department and was transferred and left a message , no one picked. No one called me back. I just went to the Dealership and they took good care of me. They took my car in right away and fixed the things that I needed done. It turned out to be a good experience.

Gus and his team were phenomenal. No haggling. I told them what I wanted and was in and out in less than an hour. The technician who showed me all the unique features of my vehicle was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Maddie, Hunter and Eddie were the most informative, personable and helpful out of three dealerships that I contacted. They were quick to explain, diagnose my vehicle, repaired some recalls and even took the time to adjust my loaner to my personal needs. THAT is what you call customer service. I left with a clear understanding of what was wrong, what was repaired, what to expect and what to do if the issue arises again.
