Do Not TRUST GENESIS WARRANTIES ! We paid $95K for a new Genesis (owned by Hyundai). The ENGINE FAILED at 1195 miles Genesis stated it was a Manufacturing DEFECT They promised us a prompt reimbursement. SIX-MONTHS LATER : At a LOSS >$10K we were reimbursed Genesis(owned by Hyundai and related to Kia) is THE MOST UNETHICAL COMPANY I have experienced in my 68-yr lifetime.

No one likes to write a poor review. It means you've had an unpleasant experienece. However, relating your frustration can be helpful to management and the public.
