No one likes to write a poor review. It means you've had an unpleasant experienece. However, relating your frustration can be helpful to management and the public. In the case of Genesis of Victorville, I will say that my poor experience has had more to do with them NOT communicating than any interaction I might have had with the sales, service or finance department. It's a small dealership but they're so helpful and won't take an illegal amount of money from you ( like genesis of corona) they're very kind and im so greatful for there help !
Well this dealership has bad ethical practices. Went in yesterday to try to purchase a car. Had a BMW on their website for around 17,000.00 which was a decent price. Let me say the salesman Matt was very professional and helpful. My issue isn't with him. It's the two sales manager and possibly the financial manager. First they run credit. Before they even say which banks would finance they want money down. We have a loan with Schools first credit union. Which is in good standing.
