Unfortunately, I have been to this location multiple times for servicing after a recall on my 2023 GV70 and each time the service has been extremely underwhelming and unprofessional. The service advisors act like they are burdened by your inquiry or need. They never inform you of what actually occurred to the vehicle or what service was performed.
