Awful!!!! Total no shows, not once, but multiple times. Scheduled maintenance with valet pickup. No show. Called multiple times to confirm. Confirmation each time and still no shows. Called and left multiple messages for service department, never an answer and never a return call. Do not try to get service here!!!!!

No one cares about customer after selling car at this dealership. These guys sold me a Genesis GV80 which has issues. I called Genesis and they told me to take it back to dealer. Called sales manager Jason and he transferred to service. Left a VM with service and no one called me. Called service again next day, they are not repairing Genesis anymore. Really!! I have really tried my best to give these guys the benefit of the doubt. Every time I brought my car here for service it would take over 3 hours for an oil change….now I’m sitting here waiting for a valet driver who was supposed to be here at 9 am. It’s almost 10:30. No driver, no phone call, I’ve called the service department and left vm 6 times. Nobody answers or calls back. It’s very clear that they do not care at all
Bought a new Genesis from Towson about 9 months ago. My service light came on. Made an appointment to have my car picked up on Monday and they confirmed and was told via text that they would be there at 10 Am . No one showed. Called and got voicemail, run around and left 4 messages wondering what’s up. Today is Tuesday at 6 pm. Still waiting for someone to return a call. Communication is key to running a successful business.
