We had a great experience working with Stephen Scully at Genesis of the North Shore. He was professional and knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Would definitely recommend asking for him if you’re looking for a car!
Dealing with Opal was great. Super easy to get in touch with and work with. She guided us painlessly through our first Genesis transaction.
I've purchased and leased many cars before, and my experience at this dealership was the worst I've ever had. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. My lease was signed a year ago and I'm still being chased for documents I was initially told would not be needed. Do not recommend.
I walked in, a woman alone. No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed assistance. A woman who worked there walked past me four times, looked at me, but never spoke. Love the car but will take my business to a place who shows me respect.
I had a great experience leasing my Genesis G70 with Stephen Scully. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Stephen!
