Very pushy, I did buy a car from them. They sold it to me with a bad tire. I called the next morning and they said they would call me back when they found one to match, and never did. When I followed up they told me that they never would have sold it to me like that, there is a chunk of rubber missing and it has tire shine in it from when the service department cleaned it up. This location is a joke. Good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. I have a new, not even a year old Genesis, and have had a warning light on for months. They claimed the sensor was not working so they ordered a part. Fast forward a month later, no phone call about the part, can't get the parts department on the phone, they don't call back. Finally I got someone on the phone in the service department and they told me they had the part. With that being said, the next available appointment isn't until a month later. I love... read more

Initially thought I had a good experience here until I realized my rear license plate lights for a brand new GV70 were out (this is about a month after owning it, when I was installing the plates after my temporary expired / I got my registration). Max directed me to the service department, which is where this review critiques: It's quite literally impossible to reach anyone at the service department after being told they had to order the part that day.
