Walked in to the empty showroom to look at vehicle's, they had no brochures at all! 3 people talking as I walk around for 15 minutes with no help.. decided to go to Bloomington
Everyone was so kind, friendly and welcoming!!! Dawson was absolutely wonderful to work with and really knew the inventory. Ryan, (sales manager), and Kourtney, (finance manager), worked diligently to get me a great rate on financing and made the entire process seamless and painless! I would highly recommend visiting them, if you are in the market for a vehicle!!

Yikes. Brought my Genesis in for service and noticed damage to the vehicle leather passenger seat which wasn't there 4 days prior to service. When confronted, the dealer immediately stated they were not IN the vehicle, but only outside. I asked why then there were fingerprints all over the interior trim panels which weren't mine. I got a deer in the headlights look. They stated they would try to get warranty coverage for it, but no promises.
