I can’t say enough great things about Johnathon and Tim ! I changed my mind on the model of vehicle that I wanted and they were patient and acted like it was no big deal :) They are awesome and the store is very clean and nice !
Wanted a luxury car that was local. Thought I would try the Genesis. Waited a year for the car. Bought the top of the line Genesis suv plus the extended warranty. Was told if I had any issues they would drop off a car of the same in the same class as mine. What a joke. They never have loaners available. They don't return calls. All the controls on the left side of my G70 are not working. I called 3 times, no loaner evee available over a 2 month span. Started off very patient. Extremely knowledgeable rep Jack, who sold us on a Genesis GV80, when I was only somewhat interested in the car, upon stopping in - I stopped as an afterthought after hitting up a neighboring dealer of a different marque. Genesis of StC is renovating the dealership, under construction, and still managed to make things work - they obviously invested to make the facility work, mid-construction. Friendly and helpful.
Terrible customer service for getting service work done. Was not informed ahead of time that waiting room is a cold trailer with a separate trailer for bathrooms. Asked for an update from service on how much longer after waiting an hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Still no update from service an hour later. Genesis owner here and have been told the customer service would be top notch. May be switching brands after today.
