The service light came on in my vehicle so I made an appointment with Genesis of Southwest Houston because they had unlimited availability. However, the day that I chose to bring my car in, the light had gone off. Laura was my advisor and she was awesome. She provided a loaner and had my vehicle checked out even though the light was off. I previously left a positive review here solely because of a service advisor named Travon, who was the saving grace of this dealership. Now that he is gone, I am F’d!! I will NEVER lease a vehicle from this dealership or brand again. My A/C went out again due to a known manufacturer defect. When I called, the current service staff showed zero care or concern. I have been trying to contact Genesis of Southwest Houston for the past couple months and no one answers the phone and when they do answer and i tell them what I'm calling for the phone mysteriously hangs up and then no answer again for days and then the same thing all over again. I canceled my service contract and waiting for the lender to get the refund and now no one responds but when i was looking to purchase my vehicle everyone was calling every day.
