What an amazing experience I have had with this car dealership. We got to work with the best salesperson we have ever had. Sergio Martinez was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and wasn't at all pushy. He spent a considerable amount of time with my husband and me. We were so impressed by Sergio and the dealership that we bought one car in January, and we are in the process of buying a second car for my husband. Customer service was top tier. The service department was excellent as well. Service Team was very knowledgeable and Customer Service driven and the waiting area was zen like with gorgeous decor. I will definitely be returning for scheduled service. My overall dealership experience exceeded my expectations.
Easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Was getting the run around from another dealership and the guys at Genesis made it beyond easy and helped me. Steph was beyond helpful and great to deal with and so was Matthew on the financing side. Highly recommend!!
