Roger in the service department makes bringing my car in for maintenance, easy and quick! This service department is by far the best I’ve ever been to at any dealership.
I really wish I could recommend Genesis of Southwest Houston, but after our experience, I honestly can’t. I wouldn’t recommend our salesman, Mario or this dealership as a whole. When we first got there, we were greeted right away, which was nice. The initial conversation about the vehicle went well. The test drive went well. We actually loved the vehicle.
