Great staff and great service gave me a car to drive and stayed on the phone with me weeks before my engagement and did a great job overall.
tl;dr This dealership is horrible for service. Don’t go. Poor communication. Poor Management. And the service manager will blatantly lie to you after they damage your vehicle and say that you brought it in already damaged. They dented my roof, chipped my windshield, broke the clips that hold the plastic trim behind the rearview mirror onto the windshield, and after claiming to have photos of being that way when I took it in somehow couldnt prove it. In general over 3 months to repair AC under warranty. Multiple trips to the dealership to only find the vehicle not ready and no phone calls from service regarding status. Not a happy camper.
We were getting our vehicle serviced from another Genesis dealership and I was less than impressed with their service. We switched to Genesis of South Knoxville and were blown away by their attention to detail and customer service. They offered the concierge services, picked up my car and returned it spotless. We will continue to service our Genesis there going forward!
