I would avoid this dealership service department if you value quality work done on your vehicle. I brought my G70 in for a horn replacement, which should be a pretty easy repair. The service advisor was easy to work with and got me scheduled pretty quickly. They changed out the horn in about one hour, and I was sent on my way. Well, I did have a great first experience. The second experience wasn’t as great. The technician told me it was bottles of water that were making the noise. I’m not dumb. I used to build cars. It ain’t the bottle of waters. It was a issue that ended up fixed from a more reliable source.
