My experience with Genesis and South Bay was not good i’m never sit the showroom in a salesman bring me numbers on a piece of paper and I’m not sitting in front then in Cubicle. I recently purchased a Used car from this place. It was super cloudy day when I test drive the car. so exterior seemed fine and sales person told it its clean title car with no accident. I did a test drive and it was good. Our family has been a big genesis fan. Owned genesis from old XG300 to first model genesis to 2020 G80 and this used G70 for myself also my dad is planning to get new G80 soon. I am honestly shocked at the lack of professionalism at South Bay Genesis. If you value your time and your money, stay far away from this dealership.
