Horrible Experience with My Genesis GV80 Buying my Genesis GV80 has been the worst car experience of my life. From the very beginning, the brakes made a loud, terrible sound every time I used them. I took the car back to Genesis many times, and every single time they told me “there’s nothing wrong.” Yet the problem never went away. We had a terrible experience with sales person Victor. He made the car purchase difficult for myself and my husband at each step possible. Except the finance manager Liz,we did not get proper response from anyone in the dealership. Better to have the business elsewhere.
