Definitely not the 'luxury experience' during service. 3 hour wait for an oil change, they don't run your car through a car wash, and forget about a loaner... You think this is Lexus LoL... I'll drive out of my way to avoid the service at this dealership. It's not the place to take your car for service... Definitely not a Genesis.... Maybe not even a pinto. I did not purchase my G80 from this dealership, but I have been getting it serviced here since 2020. Every visit I have had the reps have been very friendly and professional. Customer service is extremely important to me so I'm glad they excel on that front. They have kept my G80 in good condition and never had any issues thus far. If you are coming from other luxury car brands like BMW or Mercedes, just be aware the waiting room is definitely several notches below that of the luxury competition in terms of atmosphere. Bought a car from here last year. Never got financial information to start an account. Ended up getting penalized for this. Now, I had a valet service scheduled for this morning. Come to find out that this dealership doesn’t do this service anymore even though I have text messages and email confirmations of the service pickup. Absolutely unreal. Losing my business. Going to Jim Ellis of Atlanta instead.
