I started leasing my vehicle from Genesis in December 2023 and have had nothing but issues with the service department since. Every time I have tried to schedule my routine service there have been hiccups- appointments booked but then somehow deleted, people not communicating information that was provided to them when I scheduled the appointment to when the vehicle was serviced, and there's been a different person in charge of the service department every single time.
