This was my second visit to this dealership for regular service, ie oil changes, to my 2023 Genesis G70. It was easy to make an appointment and The service department people are friendly and helpful.
Car purchasing experience was excellent, experience dealing directly with the young lady at service desk excellent. Experience dealing with the service department on my very first visit very poor. I had my GV80 scheduled for maintenance for oil change not a walk in or unexpected visit. I live work about an hour away and drove in to have my vehicle serviced. Dropped off my Genesis GV80 a day before the scheduled service. I was contacted by the service rep on service day to advise me that shop was out of oil filters. Would be a day or two before they would be in. I waited (2) days and heard nothing in regards to my car. I called the dealership several times and left (3) messages to be called back. Revived nothing… I had to call the sales line twice to have someone call the dealership to provide me an update on my car. I even drove the 30 miles from my home area to the dealership ... read more
