Excellent service department, especially if you have extended warranty on your vehicle. Nice place to sit and they are very thorough and communicative.

We had a 7:00am appointment which we showed up to on time. We were told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours which we assumed was the amount of time it would take to do the service. We quickly found out that it was the time we would wait before they could get to us. What is the purpose of making an appointment if we still have to wait to be serviced for over an hour. My vehicle was in for a recall. While there Andy Thomason had some warranty work done for me including oil change, oil filter, climate filter, tire rotation. All was done timely. My vehicle was returned washed and clean. The valet service was so very helpful and appreciated!

I worked with Juan. He was super nice. Got me in and out. Genesis has a nice (and clean) lounge area too if you need to wait.

The service department at Genesis of Round Rock is the BEST! While I did not buy my car from this location, their service department had such great reviews that I decided to get my GV70 serviced here. I will never go anywhere else! My advisor, Juan was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed the whole time. The lounge area is comfortable with nice amenities. Every person I interacted with was friendly and had a smile. I highly recommend both Genesis in general, and definitely the Round Rock service department.
