Very professional service in a beautiful setting. We were treated with courtesy and respect by all the staff. Andy was exceptional and kept us posted on the service each step of the way. the video of the service by the technician was an added bonus.
The customer service at the dealership was on point. They kept me informed from start to finish. They also answered all of my questions.
service was great and reps were very friendly. Had loaner but was actually down grade. Would've been better experience if loaner car was either same grade or higher model. I consider loaner is great opportunity for dealers to promote vehicle.
Scheduled oil change one day ahead without any problems, the waiting area was very nice with great amenities. The service rep was weary involved advising me during the prices how much more time I have left. It tools less the 2 hours including wash and vacuum. Great service.
