I worked with Juan. He was super nice. Got me in and out. Genesis has a nice (and clean) lounge area too if you need to wait.
The service department at Genesis of Round Rock is the BEST! While I did not buy my car from this location, their service department had such great reviews that I decided to get my GV70 serviced here. I will never go anywhere else! My advisor, Juan was friendly, helpful, and kept me informed the whole time. The lounge area is comfortable with nice amenities. Every person I interacted with was friendly and had a smile. I highly recommend both Genesis in general, and definitely the Round Rock service department.
This was the first time I am doing service on my new Genesis G80. I have never dealt with Genesis service before and was very pleasantly surpriced how efficient the crew handles everything. Thanks to Victoria for taking care of everything!
Took my Genesis in for service yesterday. Thanks to Andy Thomason, he was friendly and helpful with service. He explained the service at the time and future service! This I like, because I know there’s no hidden agenda from them. I didn’t mind waiting for the vehicle in their wonderful lounge. They provide courtesy water, coffee and snacks. When it was done, they explained everything they did to the car and walked me to my vehicle. I will continue taking my vehicle to them!
