The front windscreen is cracked during the repair work. We saw it the next day morning.

I drove about 35 miles to get a service done and they said they couldn't honor the price they put up on a coupon on their website. Also, said that they cannot offer a better price for hassle I've been through. They said there was a 4 hour wait time to even get the vehicle serviced. It's a no-go for me in the future. Very disappointing!
One star is an extremely generous rating. As short as I can make this: I dropped my GV70 off to service freshly washed, waxed and hand-dried and waited 3 hours on a Saturday afternoon, only to have it returned to me with a bunch of scratches, one almost a foot long and deep enough to require $1200 worth of fender repainting. I may not have even seen it until after the fact if it wasn't covered roof to wheels in water spots after I had just washed it 5 hours earlier.
