Adolfo and the rest of the Genesis team always make it an easy and smooth process whenever we have our vehicle serviced. The customer service is great over there!
I’d give them zero stars if I could. I’ve been driving and owned cars for 59 years. Genesis service is the worst I’ve ever experienced and Rockville Genesis is the worse of the worse. Made an appointment three weeks in advance for routine service and a recall. When I got there they had no Genesis loaner cars and tried to put me in an old, small Subaru sedan. I am very satisfied with the service that I received from Adolfo. He explained what was involved with my service and how much it would cost. There were no additional costs added to my bill. The work was completed on time and he offered to have someone take me to my job. Very good customer service!
I'd rate them 3.5 tbh. 5 is a rarity for anyone honestly. They mostly impressed me but the place was a bit disorganized and they rushed me out the door half done. What brought me here? Pretty bad experience at Alexandria Genesis, and even though I live a mile from them, I decided to drive to Rockville instead, based on reviews. Its no secret to Genesis owners that dealers and service is a big challenge, as most don't have dedicated dealerships yet and share space and resources with Huyandai.
