Major downgrade from the service formerly provided by Matt at the Gaithersburg location. It's a shame they downgraded that location to no longer a "Genesis certified" service location. Those of us coming from northern MoCo or Frederick only have 1 option now - the lousy service provided by Rockville. Genesis Corporate: I hope you're seeing this. BMW/Audi/MB don't have this 2nd rate dealership experience. And I know what I'm buying next.
So far the service was not good. The lady who was the scheduling operator was pretty rude. Also when I was transferred, they stated that I would have to get a rental car that I would pay for until they determined that there was a warranty issue. Coming from Benz, this is really really not what I was expecting. the car itself is beautiful, but wow, I guess the rumors about the service was right. So this has become a complicated review to leave. Taking my car in for basic oil and tire rotation and coming out with a badly scratched up car is completely incompetent. Being placated into leaving the dealership to be completely ignored by management after the fact, for 10 days, inexcusable. However, ultimately I ended up in contact with Maddie, the customer experience manager, and dealing with her has been wonderful.
