Absolutely the best service experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. The valet pick up and return went flawlessly, and everything was communicated in detail. Highly, highly recommend.

I’d give them zero stars if I could. I’ve been driving and owned cars for 59 years. Genesis service is the worst I’ve ever experienced and Rockville Genesis is the worse of the worse. Made an appointment three weeks in advance for routine service and a recall. When I got there they had no Genesis loaner cars and tried to put me in an old, small Subaru sedan. They then parked my car on the lot and did nothing for a week. Why schedule an appointment? The Service Manager (ZJ) said he would call, never did. Never returned voicem... read more
