Trying to schedule a service appointment.... 1 month out. Trying to schedule concierge service on my second Genesis.... No call back... I've dealt with the Service department now for a 4th year and it just seems to be getting worse, when more people are buying these awesome cars.
Someone named Assa was supposed to “help” us. He was loud, rude and arrogant. We should have just believed the reviews. Not coming back.
I went there this morning for an oil change as a walk in and the advisor told me that all Genesis dealers are now appointment only and they won’t take walk-ins for oil changes. I called the Genesis of Cary and they were able to take me immediately. I have had constant issues with the Raleigh dealer since I’ve bought the car and will not be going back. It is definitely worth the extra drive to Cary. The staff is friendlier and they are more willing to accommodate.
Was refused service after having been given an appointment for Saturday on a warranty issue. They didn’t seem to care that the drive to the dealership was 1.5 hrs 1 way. And that it was a waste of 3 hrs of my time plus the allotted time for service. Instead they stated that it’s where I decided to live, insinuating that it wasn’t their problem. The maintenance department is very bad. I bought a new palisade 2024 and it was time for my car's first maintenance. During maintenance, they did not care about my car and put a lot of excess oil in the engine, which led to problems in a car of 2024 model. I went back to the service and they said that they had cleaned and fixed it but I’m still getting problem with my car, I am trying to keep it with me for a long time but after that I’m facing a problem with the car.
