Great employees, great service!
Not a good experience and I leased my Genesis over a month ago. During the process they had my address wrong and that was the start of everything bad. They had my taxes wrong with Illinois and I’m Indiana...careless mistake. I STILL don’t have my paperwork and I’ve reached out to Jovin, my sales guy, with no reply. I’m coming up on payment 3 with no paperwork. Anddddd I just got a letter in the mail congratulating me on my lease AND THE ADDRESS IS STILL WRONG! Unbelievable.
