Horrible customer service. I went in to purchase a car and offered to put down a deposit to reserve the car. I was waiting to get my trade in car back from a friend. I was told that that we can’t reserve the car and needed to finalize the purchase. I come back two days later to be told that the car was pending purchase to someone with the same terms that I was denied. On a side note, this dealership is bumping up the vehicle price by $4000. Genesis of conshohocken is offering the same vehicle without a surcharge.
I have been looking for a dealership to do the work on my g70 2022 Genesis. I wasn’t going to bring it back to the dealership I bought it from in West Chester. I can not be more impressed and happy with the service I received from Genesis of Pottstown! I was able to schedule my oil change with a nice women on the phone.
