I contacted Genesis of Portland and was quickly given Kaiden as the sales rep to help me out with videos of a Ford Explorer there. I am located out of state so I wanted really in depth videos and descriptions of the car. He did an amazing job showing every detail with the car. He even pointed out the minor flaws it had just so I knew exactly what I would potentially buy. Mark was responsive to my needs and easy to work with.
Service dept is a joke. Used car lot shop vibes. They treat my Mom with no sense of care, urgency or basic customer service. This is not acceptable after spending $70k on a new car. Whoever owns this place needs to step it up to meet Hyundai Motor Groups standards for a Genesis dealership. Have received better service at local Mazda and Honda dealers. Step it up Genesis of Portland. I will be taking this up with corporate.
