Just wrapped up a service appointment using the concierge service for pickup and delivery to Vancouver WA, and the entire process was flawless! Pickup and drop off were right on time, and the car came back clean as a whistle!
Great dealership, really went out of their way to help out. They came a long way for the concierge service and even got a really stubborn stain out. Michael was my service advisor and super easy to work with.

Great experience with Genesis of Portland. 3 different visits before landing on the car I wanted and was very pleased throughout the process. Mike was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and zero pressure. He really focused on getting me in the car that I wanted. Very excited about this new GV80 and can’t wait to put some miles on it!
