There's now has a separate building for Genesis and it's super nice. There's complimentary coffee bar, snacks, a selection of drinks, beautiful and comfortable furniture, a huge glass wall that allows you to watch your car being serviced and I received the same great service that I've always gotten from the Hyundai service center next door this past week when I went in to get an oil change. We had an excellent experience working with Miguel at Genesis. From the moment we arrived, he had everything ready for us and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was that the vehicle was already waiting for us inside the showroom by itself, which gave us space to look it over without feeling crowded or rushed.
