Great service today at Genesis of Plano. I usually get good service but today's felt a notch above. Multiple folks greeted me when I came in; my scheduled advisor was busy so another immediately stepped up. Waiting room is comfortable and has a large glass window where you can see work on your car being done. Good snack and drink selections while you wait. Nicole Fuller was my service advisor. She was great, very knowledgeable and took a lot of time with me. She explained everything that was done to my G80 .I will continue to buy my 4th Genesis at Huffines in Plano Tx.
