Scheduled service several weeks in advance. My request included fixing 2 recalls, 30K service, state inspection and interior detail. When I arrived they told me they didn’t have any loaner cars and asked if I could come back in a week. My answer was no. Maybe that pissed them off. They had my car for 16 days. To start off with I purchased my Genesis GV80 for 2 reasons,1st the performance and comfort 2nd the maintenance program that comes with the vehicle. I made a appointment at Genesis of Plano (A Huffines Dealership) for my 16K service and let me know I needed a loaner for Thursday 12/21/2023, which is part of the Genesis Maintenance Program along with the concierge service, in which they confirmed my appointment.
