I have been disappointed in the customer service at a previous Genesis dealership when I brought my car in for service. Genesis of Owings Mills was a GREAT EXPERIENCE. They kept me updated and informed with the status of my car and every step along the way. Do to recall they unexpectedly needed to keep my car but as previously stated I was kept up to date and the even provided a loaner. Vivian Brunson was my Service Consultant...she was the best...HANDS DOWN.

My experiences at this location was awesome! Lynice was very helpful & had wonderful customer service. Lynice was very informative about every step From the beginning to the end of my visit.
Lynese was excellent during my car service check-in. She was courteous, efficient, and explained everything clearly. The experience was smooth thanks to her—great customer service!
I came in for an oil change and was very pleased with Lynese my service advisor. She is amazing very informative and kind. I would recommend for her to help all of my family and friends!
