This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership service center. I drive a 2025 Genesis GV80. The car is on lease. I first visited the service center for my first service on Mar 13th. I have a full warranty from genesis that covers everything. When I dropped the car off I was surprised that the service advisor Jon Saunders tried to charge me for the service. I bought my Genesis at Antwerpen. A few weeks after purchase, i received an email that they were closing and had to pick another service center. At 5000 miles, i received a message that i needed service, i couldn't set up online and had to call. When i got through, i was told i didn't need service until 7500 miles [now my car is at 8000 and says i need service again- you can't make this BS up] on the day off my appointment, I pulled up to the service door, which was hard to find. I went for one thing and now my car seems like it's loose and raggedy now. It wasn't like that when I took it up there. One simple thing took almost 3hrs. I had my cousin which is a mechanic for the city of Baltimore look around my engine and found screws loose or missing and hard to find places. I know these places need business but messing up people's cars or trucks so they can come back is sick. I'm never going back there again on GOD.
I really wish I could give this place a -5 rating. They never answer the phone for servicing. They kept my car for several weeks while the service rep quit or was fired. When I finally got a hold of someone they didn't even know why my car was there. When I finally got my car back there was a scratch on the rear bumper. I went and called the office several times to resolve the matter and was always told that the person I needed to speak with was not there and that they would have them give me a call.
