Extremely professional and transparent. Expedient service and fantastic job all around. I was always kept in the loop throughout the service experience. Very thorough in explaining my options and always willing to work with me. Always a pleasure to have my car serviced at Genesis of Northampton.
I had a really nice experiecne. Jeremy made me comfortable, feel welcome, and seemed to genuinely care about my visit. I will recommend Jeremy and his team anytime.
I went in for my fuel pump recall. Jeremy was really professional and helpful, I told him I have work at 3pm and he did his best to get the service done by noon and I was really grateful for that. The staff here is great, I always enjoy coming in for my Genesis maintenance.
Could not have been a better experience. Their valet service was excellent
