오늘 매우 안좋은 경험을 햇다. 아침 8시에 예약이되어 있어 서둘러 갔다 하지만, 별다른 이야기없이 마냥기다리기만햇다. 2시간후 서비스센타 직원에게 언제까지 기다려야하는지 물어봤을때 짜증스런말투로 무엇을 설명한게 아니고 4시쯤끝난다고 햇다. 당황스럽구 황당했다. 8시에 예약햇던 차는 밖에그대로 주차되어 있었다 어떤 문제가 있는지 확인 하지도 않은 상태로 말이다 마치 인종차별을 하는 느낌이였다.오늘예약햇던 차들은 30분정도면 끝이낫는데...진짜너무 불쾌핛다
These guys are fantastic! Needed a front plate bracket for my Santa Fe. Ordered it, came in the next morning to pick it up. Grant in sales sad me trying to figure out how to put it on, and came right out to install it for me AND icing on the cake he put my plate on too. Love these guys! Excellent service and SO FRIENDLY! Will be bringing my vehicle back here for all my service needs
Multiple bad experiences, the latest was the straw that broke the camel's back. They took 15 days to do the work, and my car was returned to me with a new problem (no air conditioning) that was not there when I dropped it off. They have not been accommodating to fix this new problem either. They are bad at returning phone calls, to the point where I have to call multiple times. Most of the time no one answers the phone.
