Update: dealership took ownership of the damage and repainted my car to repair the scratches, which was much appreciated. Because of this, updating my review/rating from 1/5 to 3/5 - - Don't bring your car here, they left scratches all over my car after “washing" my matte paint GV70. And it's not the first time they've done this either - the previous service left me with a scratch so deep you could see it from far away right on the passenger door - worst spot. I had a great experience when I purchased my 2025 Genesis GV70 from Genesis Northampton, MA. Every time I had a question Josue would call me within a short time of me leaving a message. Went to buy a new car from Fenesis Northampton last summer. Two identical black G70 3.3T Prestige; both on the lot for 500+ days and both at a very fair $49k advertised price. During test drives, both cars had the same mechanical shudder (like unbalanced tire). Salesman assured that would be fixed before delivery under new car warranty.
