Genesis of Northampton services my 2023 GV80 SUV. Soon after I purchased the car I discovered minor unraveling in the stitching on the steering wheel. I brought the car in and, within a couple of weeks my steering wheel was replaced. Great job! Recently, the sunroof glass spontaneously cracked on the inside of the glass. Their service department significantly improved this year, recording a video explaining vehicle details, actively providing feedback on issues, and offering valet service within a couple of days. Great work
Update: dealership took ownership of the damage and repainted my car to repair the scratches, which was much appreciated. Because of this, updating my review/rating from 1/5 to 3/5 - - Don't bring your car here, they left scratches all over my car after “washing" my matte paint GV70. And it's not the first time they've done this either - the previous service left me with a scratch so deep you could see it from far away right on the passenger door - worst spot. I worked with Elijah to get my car, and the process was incredibly smooth. He was very helpful and our interactions were always great. He went above and beyond and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
The Service department is Awful with getting back to you and answering the phone, been trying to get in contact with them for since 12:30PM it’s 4:17
