Recently purchased a demo GV70 Genesis. We were thrilled to buy one. When we took it in for scheduled service, we added the info console as being faulty. Specifically, the console would go black, frequently. On rare occasion it would restore by tapping on the back of it, but within minutes it would fault and go black and stay that way. Worst customer service. The parts department NEVER answers the phone and the lady receptionist answering the phones for the dealership is extremely rude with her attitude and acts like she is bothered by the phones ringing! This is why we bought our 2026 Genesis from the brand new Genesis dealership in Commerce last week… too bad they are so new they don’t have a parts department yet…
