I took my car in for a CEL for a bad thermostat. They Ordered me a new part they installed it, all under warranty.. I picked up my vehicle and I dealt with Tom and Arthur. These gentlemen were the greatest service advisors I’ve dealt with in a long time. Can't speak for the sales end, but Service Department is HORRIBLE. Wanted to hold my car for 3 days and charge me $500 to look at something that's covered by warranty (Headlights). Went to Genesis of Kalamazoo, told me $175 but wont be charged if covered under warranty. Approved, replaced, and COVERED under warranty all in under 2 hours on the same day. Do not recommend this place for service, sales may be different.
Do NOT visit this location. They denied a shattering sunroof warranty claim (Google Hyundai Kia Genesis spontaneous shattering sunroofs class action lawsuits before you even consider this brand) and refused to honor the service agreement for first 3 years of service for oil changes because of the sun roof damage. Kicker on top they let one of their porters go on a Joy ride in my car and he drove it 97 mph.
