Had a 2:00 PM appointment for an oil change. I arrived on time, parked and entered the dealership. I slowly walked through, passing several people without a greeting, or even eye contact. I got all the way to the back double doors where it said employees only. I then turned and asked a man who looked like he worked there, "is this the service department?" Buying my Genesis here was a great experience but the service department is deplorable. Called to schedule my first oil change and was told the soonest available appointment was over 3 weeks away. I also mentioned that a check engine light had been on and asked them to take a look at that during the oil change; was told I would need to leave my car with them for 2 weeks to diagnose the check engine light code plus additional time if it needed a repair. I purchased a Genesis GV80 from this dealership, and from the moment I drove off the lot, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The level of service I’ve received is far below what I expected from a luxury automotive brand. Communication has been consistently poor and unprofessional, with conflicting information provided at different times.
