Do NOT visit this location. They denied a shattering sunroof warranty claim (Google Hyundai Kia Genesis spontaneous shattering sunroofs class action lawsuits before you even consider this brand) and refused to honor the service agreement for first 3 years of service for oil changes because of the sun roof damage. Kicker on top they let one of their porters go on a Joy ride in my car and he drove it 97 mph. David Calder was our salesperson, and we couldn't of been happier with our experience. My wife and I have been looking for a specific color combination and David made it happen. My new GV80 is beautiful, and David has our business for life. It didn't hurt that we are both dog lovers, more pics of dogs then cars were shared back and forth.
David Calder was great. Got me a GV70 Sport from Chicago in a hard to get color. Very happy with my experience.
I recently came in to purchase a new car and salesman was David Calder. He was hands down the best car sales man I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. In a world of get the customer in and out and only caring about numbers, David was the only one that actually took the time , interest and listened when you talked to him. His positive outlook and upbeat energy Made the experience for my family and I a great one! I will never buy another car from any other salesman until David retires from the business.
My wife and I visited the showroom to test drive a GV80. The car was ready when we got there. We left a few hours later with a beautiful car at a good price. We loved the car and decided to lease it. Judy was great to work with. She was efficient, great to talk to, and made sure the experience was seamless. The finance part was quick and painless, and we were shown all of the bells and whistles on the car.
