Update February 2025 - only 10 months after purchasing a brand new Genesis G90 e Supercharger, I had enough of this dealership’s pathetic service and immediately drove across the street and traded my Genesis in for a brand new 2025 BMW X5. The customer service level and professionalism between BMW and Genesis/Hyundai was night and day. Worst car buying experience ever. Love my car, but unhappy with ALL aspects of the dealership. Called Service dept - 15 minutes of call looping (ring, no answer, transferred back for more ring, no answer) - just ridiculous. Sales experience was the worst I’ve ever had. No delivery occurred, no explanation of the massive amount of technology in my 2025 car. Complained to the GM (Nathan Green), who promised a call back to set up a 2nd delivery - never heard a word. I bought a Genesis (their so called "luxury" brand) this year. What I received was a luxury car with "used car sales person customer service mentality". I have had high end vehicles prior to purchasing the Genesis, and the treatment I received from their service department was white glove treatment. Dealers such as Mercedes, Porsche, Audi, and even Lincoln provide top notch customer service and hire/train their service personnel on how to properly treat customer. Visited for the 2nd time to look at purchasing a high end GV70. The first visit ended when we left after walking into the “showroom” which seemed to be an add on to the Hyundai dealership. Someone sitting at the sales desk got up and left us without saying a word. We left after 5-8 minutes of being ignored. Gave them a 2nd chance and had about the same experience.
