I have a 2021 Genesis GV80 and needed to replace brake pads and rotors on both front and rear axles. I took the vehicle to Tires Plus as they also do my maintenance and they said Genesis makes them buy the parts through them so I should just have Genesis do the work. This is what I was afraid of. Typically it costs between $800-$1,000 to do this work and I'm being charged $2500. This is a monopoly and I don't recommend anyone buying either a Genesis or a Hyundai because if these sketchy business practices.
Nothing personal ,but when I bring car for fixed, they damage my new 2024 GV80, break front bumpers brackets both sides and also left fender molding bracket, they repaint molding which is color not matching to car,also molding not sitting properly,they tell me,they can't do anything more,this is maximum they can.i ask them to fixed or please write this for me,sign and sand to my email.and after this they *** write ,they ***'t sand me correct email.they sand me discharged email and they ***'t want to see my vehicle anymore in... read more
